As because your BMI is just 14.5 which indicates severe thinness hence you need a combination of high protein diet along with body weight exercises with strictly no Cardio activity. Also we must recheck your genetics as well if it runs in the family then chances are very megre

Hi To gain weight you should follow disciplined lifestyle. Include protein in all your 3 meals in the form of dairy products, paneer, curds sprouts, lentils, legumes, egg,Soya nuggets etc Include healthy fats in the form of nuts and seeds. Have at least 2 fruits and 3-4 vegetables of different colors daily in your diet. Avoid watching screen while having meals and don't drink water with meals, have it after 40 minutes after the food. Learn to de-stress yourself by doing meditation, yoga, and any activity you enjoy. Take 7-8 hours uninterrupted sleep at night. Maintain your schedule. Have early dinner. Avoid outside food. Thanks

There could be several reasons why someone may find it difficult to gain weight 1. Metabolism: Some people have a naturally high metabolism, which means they burn calories more quickly, making it harder to gain weight. 2. Genetics: Genetics play a significant role in determining body weight and metabolism. Some individuals may have genetic factors that make it challenging to gain weight. 3. Dietary Habits: Not consuming enough calories or nutrients can hinder weight gain. It's essential to eat a balanced diet with enough calories to support weight gain. 4. Physical Activity: Engaging in high levels of physical activity without consuming enough calories to compensate for the energy expenditure can prevent weight gain. 5. Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions, such as hyperthyroidism or gastrointestinal disorders, can affect weight gain. Consulting a healthcare professional can help rule out any underlying medical issues. 6. Stress and Lifestyle Factors: Stress, poor sleep, and other lifestyle factors can impact appetite and metabolism, affecting weight gain.
Next Steps
If someone is struggling to gain weight, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause and develop a personalized plan to achieve a healthy weight.
