On the tenth day of my cycle touching private parts after that having periods with too much pain and light flow only three pads got filled is this implantation bleeding or periods plz helps

Do a pregnancy test if it is negative take Tablet Cyclopam 3 times a day for three days
Next Steps
If pregnancy test is positive get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac
