Intermittent Neck pain
I am 34 yr old and having neck pain and sometime it is worsen. it is not constant. I have visited hospitals but it does not fixed my problem. So I want a treatment where I can get permanent relief.

Neck pains if squires over time are mostly due to wrong postures and tight muscles that compresses the joints in the neck Working on that posture and muscles by stretching them gives relief I give my patients ergonomic and exercise program for the same
