Is Cervical spondylitis curable?
2 months ago, i had pain in neck for the first tym. I consulted one physiotherapist. And cervical spondylitis was detected. Please let me know if this is curable or not. Will i not be able to do workout again.. ?? Whenever i do jumping, or abs excercise pain again starts.. for how long it will continue? Please let me know whether i will be able to do all the daily workout or not. If yes then how much tym it will take to cure it? I m doing few excercises to cure cervical. Bt those excercises help in reducing neck pain . I m not able to do my regular excercises. Please help. And if i go for therapy, after that also will i be able to do cardio and other abs workout???

Our Spine is a very complex structure and if you stress it out like doing heavy exertion or lifting loads in awkward positions it will naturally damage your stabilizing muscles and will lead to spondylosis. To completely get rid of your pain you need to have almost 15-20 physiotherapy sessions and after that 3 months of Physiotherapy exercise program at home thrice or twice a day. It takes your Time Efforts and most Importantly Patience to get rid of Cervical or Lumbar Spondylosis.
Next Steps
complete Physiotherapy Treatment Sessions and Follow a Regular Exercise Regime for 3 months.
Health Tips
No lifting weights or Working out in between your Physiotherapy Sessions. resume Light work out after 1 month and back to Normal Work out regime after 2 months.

Yes it can be cured and once its been completely reduced, you need to maintain proper posture to avoid any future cervical conditions. never put neck downwards or side ways bending while on work. regular exercises of neck strengthening will keep it away.
