Is taking Whey protein suppliement advisable? I am doing gym but i loose my all stamina after 40-45 mins of exercise and trained told me to take whey protein as it will help provide energy and will also help in fulfilling the body protein requirements as well. Is it recommended to take Whey protein? Will there be any side affects of taking whey protein? Please advise.
