Left leg constant pain especially thigh

I m 28 years unmarried girl having weight of 75kgs height of 5'8. M having left leg constant pain especially near thigh area since 20 days. M a teacher by profession and I usually have to sit for 4 hours at a place. Also wen I start walking the pain goes and elevates when I rest at night
