And your ideal weight is 59 kgs as per your age, weight and height..
You mentioned above that you need to loose further more weight..but as per your bmi ranges you fall under normal window and there's no need to loose further weight , instead you need to gain a little more weight ..as you can be upto 59 kgs..so there's no necessity for you to loose as any further weight...wrt me...
You can do pull ups for increasing your height and tadasana in yoga will also help you to increase height and balanced weight...as it's helpful for both..when done consistently..
