Don't use short cut way for gaining weight. Follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

You should not go for too much medicine for appetite you can take green leafy vegetables, sprouts and fruits juices. Try having small and frequent meals in a day. And include foods from all groups in your diet. For further information you can consult me online.

For weight loss you have to make You have to make a healthy routine first. You have to avoid sugar completely, roots vegetables, pickles and papad, tomato gravies ,ketchups . Use skimmed milk and its products (300) ml daily Cuts and paneer made up from the tonnes milk Use fruits and salad when you feel hungry 5 soaked almond and 2 walnuts before 11 am daily Use olive oil , mustard oils, safola, sunflower oil etc.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
