Hi, avoid deep fried fatty foods and foods high in sugar. Make fruits, salads, sprouts ,green tea a daily routine. Do regular cardio activity. Do not skip breakfast and have a light dinner. Eat some snack every 2 hours. For a more personalized diet plan ping me on personal chat.
