As per the details of your height & weight, currently your BMI is 15.1kg/m2 which indicates you are underweight. BMI (18.5-22.9 for Asians) is an indicator of health. As per the BMI indicator your weight should be between 49-60 kilos so that it is in thr required BMI range of 18.5-22.9. There are many factors that affect the absorption of nutrients & poor gut health is one of them. Even if your intake is good but gut health is compromised then absorption will not take place efficiently. A personalized diet planning session is strongly recommended for you as it will take into account your lifestyle, routine, eating habits, medical conditions, medications etc. It will help in analyzing the gap areas & correcting them to help you gain weight to fall in normal BMI range and also improve the absorption of nutrients.

Health Tips
1. Include iron rich foods such as meat, eggs, leafy vegetables in your diet 2. Vitamin B12 is mostly found in non-veg foods such as eggs, organ meat (liver and kidney), seafood etc. Dairy products such as milk and curd also contain vitamin B12. 3. Include vitamin C rich foods as it helps in iron absorption. 4. Do not skip meals and have balanced meals 5. Drink 8-10 glasses of water
