I don't feel good, like everything is going downhill in my life and I am the reason for it, my expectations or my impulse or irritations, more for personal life than academics. I want peace, but as soon as I get it, something else happens and it slips away. Whom should I consult, a psychologist or a psychiatrist?

Dear you are initial stage of depression so when we are in depression we cannot control our emotion our thoughts our feelings we cannot do what we want to do so you should get help from psychologist first without medicine if you improved this is very good otherwise we will take help from psychiatrist because psychiatry is not biological biological is psychiatry remember one word from me mind matters we should care of it.
Next Steps
take a quick decision that you should consult a psychologist after that he will decide what best he can do for you God bless you dear...
