Hello Doctor, which milk is better for consumption which is safe and healthy for health - Taking milk directly from Milkman or infront of milkman when milkman taking out milk from cow or buying reputed brands like Amul, Nestlé or other brands. Which option is better?

Branded pasteurized milk is safer . If buying from milkman then make sure a trusted source and you boil the milk properly,  so as to kill the bad bacteria in raw milk.

You can go for branded milk and if you wish to buy from the milk man make sure you are boiling it and taking so the chance of infection is less. Milk is good source of calcium, protein, Magnesium, vitamin A.

Milk is a rich source  of protein, calcium, vitaminB12 and other micro nutrients  as well,It is considered  as one of the  complete food. Packaged branded products  are better because  of hygiene  quality and ease of use. As long as you have no allergies with milk consumption  then it can definitely  become part  of your everyday  diet.
