Eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts in every meals.
Milk and milk products are best.
Dry dates,currants,raisins,figs,walnuts,almonds are healthy to eat .
Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods.
Substitute millets as ragi jowar for rice,wheat.
Walk,play sports,yoga atleast for one hour a day.
Sleep liesurely for six hours atleast.
Drink enough water.
