Neck pain and back of shoulders pain
High neck pain from 3 months.. sometime on left side back of neck and sometimes on right side back of neck... pain in turning neck ... took medicines of all kind from diffrent physios no change.. done all physio excersize no better result even done cervical xray... report came As normal... what it can be ? Help..?

It's look. Like mechanical neck pain ... Due to your mechanic u getting pain Continue with physiotherapy...  Ask him for posture correction exercise and mfr

In your case, no medicine will going to work, I think more of manual mobilisation technique and specific exercises will work. Visit that physio who can help you with these.. rest is up the understanding of the entire case..

Ur muscles around the neck would be tight so u would be having so u would have pain in the neck u would require to meet some one who  does mfr or manual therapy would gud. Still without no further information would be difficult to say
