Not able to concentrate , feels demotivated 34 aged female with good job and no issues as such. I wish to study but not able to concentrate and put my 100% efforts. i cant learn new things

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
You could be suffering from something known as subclinical depression. You don’t have all clear signs of depression but u might require low dose anti depressants and counselling. Hence visit a psychiatrist soon.
