My age is 27years and I weigh 61kg and 5.4 height Want to reduce 10 kg in two months some days I loose half kg in intermittent fasting. And some days not even a inch

Yes u have to reduce weight but to be a gradual process,and not as precisely calculative. U follow a planned diet. Eat plenty of veg,fruits,greengramsprouts everyday. Avoid fastfood,preserved foods,spicy oily foods everyday. Walk,exercise,yoga everyday for one hour everyday. Buttermilk,fruits ,vegetable cooked waterpapaya,greengramraw sprouts  can be ur breakfast

Hi, As per your height your ideal body weight range should be 59- 64 kg and your present body weight is 61 kg which is good, still why you want to loose your weight you didn't mention. If you want to be 51 kg then you become underweight, which may affect of your vital organs. If still you want to reduce your body weight then detail information is required because reduction of body weight is a gradual process and which should be done in proper way.

Hi. Weight loss depends on several factors like physical activity, metabolism, stress, hormonal Imbalance, sleep habits and proper food intake. Consistency is necessary to make sure you lose weight efficiently and results are permanent. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables for 1 meal, cut down on Roti:rice /oily food, exercise daily and practice intermittent fasting under guidance. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works.
