Eating slowly and chewing food properly,having small meals at fixed times and taking adequate water intake are some measures you can do to avoid gastric issues. Avoid too much of beans and oily fried foods in your daily diet.

In ur diet include 50 percent of vegetables.,fruits 15percent carbohydrates,30 percentproteins 5 percent fat. Chew ur food and eat.avoid maida,bakery food. Eat whole grains as rawgreengram,cooked horsegram . Eat a seasonal fruit a day.. Avoid too much masala spices,oily food. Drink 3 to4 ltrs of water a day. Exercisewalk do some workouts ,play sports1 to 2 hrs a day Eat ur breakfast,  fruits,lunch,evening snacks/fruit night meals at stipulated time.avoid too frequent coffee,tea a day.one or two cups a day is sufficient

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
