I am doing keto diet from last 20 days and lost 5 kgs in first 12 days. 13th day i took carb day and after that it stuck on the same weight from last 7 days. Following the diet like hell(less than 20g carbs) 70-75% fat and rest protein. Now what to do? By the way I am 93 now and 5.7'.
