Take plenty of milk n milk products, and animal source foods for your B12.Also at such a low level of both the vitamins,u will surely need supplements. Vit D can be obtained only through exposure to sunlight.Take in minimum 25-30 mins of sunlight everyday.

Hi For the vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency you need to take a diet rich in these vitamins along with supplement. Sometimes diet alone cannot work for it. I am mentioning the foods which are rich in  vitamin B12 and Vitamin D below but for the supplement try to contact a doctor. Vitamin D rich foods 1. Fatty fish 2. Mushrooms 3. Sour cream 4. Butter (grass-fed) 5. Egg yolk 6. Milk 7. Yogurt Vitamin B12 rich foods 1. Almonds 2. Red meat 3. Cheese 4. Chicken 5. Crab 6. Beef 7. Fermented products. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan if required Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
