Obesity related problems
Belly Fat due to work from home. Diabetes not under control. HBA1C was 6.5 before lockdown now it has increase to 7. Cramps in the legs due to being overnight. Looking for at least 15KG weight loss. Kindly suggest a diet chart. I am a non vegetarian.

Hello. You can start your day with mild walk during the day. Take moderate protein rich food in your diet likewise you can add milk and other dairy products in your breakfast. It should be a combination of high fibre and moderate protein diet. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your lunch along with 1/4 portion of carbs Add fine liquids and beverages to release toxins, excess toxins in the body increase medical issues. Sugar level and Hba1C will be affected. Early dinner will be helpful. You can also get your constitution check for better n specific results, for an example you might have seen people who eats a lot but didn’t put in much on the contrary there are people who eat less but tends to put on very fast. That’s based on your constitution ( vaat/pit/ kapha) that how your will respond on specific food. If you get to know the specific food pattern that will help you more.
