We need to check clinically for depth of the cavity. Depending on that you can go for rct or filling. But yes it is serious and you should go for treatment as soon as possible

Hello
As I mentioned already it is nothing serious only the tooth treatment must be done then it’s alright.
It means that the structure surrounding the teeth becomes loose and is common when the tooth gets infected by caries and it spreads to the root and below the root. If the tooth is infected it can be treated with RCT but if there is no enough tooth structure or there is mobility in the teeth then it has to be extracted.
