I have severe pain behind, close to my left arm joint There is little selling and it pain if we touch it

It may be due to cervical spondylitis Or over stretch of your shoulders. Please get an x-ray done of cervical spine first. Do some cervical isometric exercises. Avoid jerky movements Bad posture are the main cause of it Keep correct your posture always during works, Take Rhumasyl oil for gental massage on painful areas. Thank you..
