Take hot water bag with wet towel around the bag. Keep it on your shoulder and neck for 7-10mins. Twice a day. Consult a physiotherapist for reduced range of motion.

How long do you have shoulder pain? Do you have any previous history? Do you have any history of shoulder injury? Do you have diabetes? You need to rule out the cause for your problem.
Next Steps
You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.
Health Tips
Delaying the treatment will restrict the shoulder mobility.
