Piles & fissures
I bleed when I'm constipated or if I take any medication and have unexplainable pain in ass but nothing seen on outside rectal surface area is that hemorrhoids or fissure or something else I'm so stressed. It's been 1 month I feel like I have swelling inside rectum area. I had checkup my doctor told me I have fissure but do fissures bleed when I sit I'm so stressed😭😭😭😭 please tell  me! I see blood on clothes when I stand up after sitting or laying down😭😭 what's happening? Please anyone give some genuine suggestion God will bless you😭🙏

Your diet pattern causes constipation which in turn causes tear in skin & rectal. mucosa resulting in pain & bleeding .
Next Steps
use plenty of vegetables and fruits diet rich in  fibre content .Drink plenty of water .

use cremaffin. syrup 2spoons in the night .or naturolex granules 2spoons in water .   .                  still if you are not relieved , consult general surgeon & will do needful .

Hi. A fissure will cause pain and bleeding during passing motion . Try to avoid constipation . You can take duphalac syp 15 ml after dinner daily for 5 days . Take more water and veg daily . Thank you for your blessings .
