Hi. Good to know you do not have symptoms. You can eat a soft, non spicy diet- include eggs, soups, fruits, low fat milk. Have small meals at regular intervals- khichdi, oats, Dalia, Idli, chilla, Suji upma, poha, soft cooked rice and dal- these can be included daily.
