I'm 21 healthy Male, looking forward to build my body.
Height - 169cm
Weight - 63kg
I workout twice a day . I am neither a beginner nor a pro, just intermediate level. Morning 45 mins of free exercises(cardio) . Evening i lift weights(75 mins).
I consume around 125 grams of protein a day through milk,whey, eggs, peanut butter, cheese, paneer.Is this amount of protein safe for my kidneys?
Total calories per day - around 2000
Carbs - 220 grams
Fats - 45 grams
