Protein intake per day.
I'm 21 healthy Male, looking forward to build my body. Height - 169cm Weight - 63kg I workout twice a day . I am neither a beginner nor a pro, just intermediate level. Morning 45 mins of free exercises(cardio) . Evening i lift weights(75 mins). I consume around 125 grams of protein a day through milk,whey, eggs, peanut butter, cheese, paneer.Is this amount of protein safe for my kidneys? Total calories per day - around 2000 Carbs - 220 grams Fats - 45 grams

If you are not into excessive weight training than you should avoid excessive artificial protein. Natural protein intake is always healthy.
Next Steps
You are too young to take excessive protein too, better to avoid artificial one
