Am having nutrition protein powder..no sugar contain also...but can protein powder cause acne problem really?

Hello dear, There are lots of reason for acne. What type of skin you have if you have oily or sensitive skin would be one of reason for your acne. As far as question of protein powder you are having , it depends on what all ingredients it contains, may be one of ingredient does not suit you. you can take detox diet to purify your blood.
