Hi Protinex..is majority of protein content...when compared to ensure... Ensure has both macro and micro nutrient compositions...to provide us with all round nutrition... But both above mentioned are health drinks that provide with lot of energy in terms of calories..don't take them often..but have them as and when required...for example when feeling weak and other such requirement...
