Hi, hope you are well. To lose weight you should eat low calorie and low fat diet. Avoid eating deep fried foods, junk foods, cheese, butter, and sweets and ice cream. Apart from this make sure that you eat breakfast with good protein everyday like oats with milk. Make dinner very light meal. Have 3 fruits and few nuts every day.
