Regarding access of fat
I have so much of fat near stomach and upper back because of this my body is not in a correct shape. What should i do?

Hi this is almost Common problem of all . Low calorie diet with some activities like fat burning poses, Arch, free hand, aerobic, briskly walk are good. Suruanamskar is also helpful. Low rice more phulka, pulses, high protein need.
