Root canal treatment
I am having a doubt after the rct of my tooth there still a little pain after the crying part in the adjacent teeth are those teeth affected by cavity. Can you help me know the neighbouring tooth with filling is having any more cavities or not?

The master cone x ray looks fine and the teeth adjacent to rc treated tooth looks like restored already and rct is fine no need to worry and with respect to adjacent teeth you need to check whether it's tender and that is causing you pain

Hi The adjacent tooth to rct, in the radiograph it looks like the restoration is resting on the pulpal horns.  If the tooth is tender to touch or sensitivity to hot or cold,  then this tooth will also undergo rct. Do lukewarm saline water mouth rinse 3-4/day.

Xray shows the cavity is close to the pulp. So despite filling if you have a issue, root canal treatment is suggested
