Sadness
I feel depressed and sad to see my parents growing old... I don't have as such mental issues but when I realise the time passing by I feel sad. My dad is 51 n mom will turn 49 this year.. I am scared of either of them dying from heart attack/stroke suddenly... I feel jealous of those whose parents are still young Plz guide me!!

Hi. Its painful observation. But usually the loss happens suddenly and you can't predict the moment. So stop ruminating. Have a companion such as a pet dog or cat or indoor plant. God sends and take back...

Good Day, Instead of thinking about their dead why dont you make use of the moment and spend time with them instead of thinking about their final stage. Its not necessary that they may go first it can be anything. So, just live life to its fullest extent and enjoy every moment with them and create beautiful memories.
