Anxiety can be a hidden fear about people and how they are going to judge . I don't care or a carefree attitude will help overcome social anxiety. Start small, it's a fear and you have to face small anxiety causing problems once you can face that , then move onto problems that make you more anxious. Hope you understand, start gradually. If in the social situation, there are 100 people or 30 people. start showing yourself socially in front of 1 or 2 people then 5 people, once you get confidence gradually increase to 8 to 10 people and so on.
Next Steps
consult a psychologist to cope up with social anxiety like when it all started.
Health Tips
read self help books on how to overcome social anxiety, so you understand what is actually happening to you on a deeper level, which can help you understand yourself better and gel calmly in social surroundings.

Hi, It sounds like you would benefit from working with a psychologist to manage and control social anxiety so that it does not overwhelm you in your daily tasks. Social anxiety if managed at an earlier stage, can help before it exacerbates and starts interfering with all aspects of your personal and social life.
Next Steps
I would strongly suggest that you should consult a psychologist about this (feel free to reach out if you want to start working together)
Health Tips
Practice deep breathing exercises, journaling, mindfulness

Hi To address your social anxiety, you can start by seeking help from a mental health professional such as a psychologist or psychiatrist who specializes in anxiety disorders. They can provide therapy options such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which is effective in treating social anxiety. Hi, The way you have articulated your difficulty conveys that you might possibly be having the traces or onset of Avoidant Personality Disorder. Besides, sessions on self efficacy can also help you rework your self image, which then would lead to your better self concept and self esteem. Therapy in all these aspects should adequately make feel better capacitated to face any social situations. You may get in touch with a counseling psychologist having expertise in Personality Disorders and Image Consulting
