Dear Doctor,
I follow moderate to active life schedule.For protein one of my source is Soyabean( regular intake is 50-70 gms. I have heard regular intake of it harmful for male hormones and reduces sperm concentration.
Please advice whether I continue to consume it in what quantity or totally remove from my diet.

Avoid it for a daily use and you can have sprouts , dals , paneer , cheese for the protein consumption.

Yes in higher concentrations daily intake of soy protein can harm your hormonal patterns. For alternate sources of protein you can go for sprouts, pulses, vegetables like broccoli, carrots, onions, tomatoes, spinach, peas, beans, paneer, nuts, etc. If you want to take soy limit it to 2-3 days in a week
