Few Vitamin C rich foods are follow
1. citrus fruits, such as limes, oranges and lemons.
2. tomatoes and tomato juice.
3. potatoes.
4. green and red peppers.
5. kiwifruit, strawberries and cantaloupes.
6. green leafy vegetables such as broccoli.
7. fortified cereals.
Omega 3 rich foods are as follow
1. Salmon.
2. Flaxseeds.
3. Walnuts. ...
4. Soybeans. ...
5. Chia seeds. ...
6. Eggs. ...
7. Mustard seeds. ...
