Hi First and foremost you need to slowly set your daily regime..to normal timings that are recommended.. From night 10 pm you should be getting to bed / sleep and getting up by 5:30 or 6 am.. Again next morning 6 am your daily regime should start up.. From 6 am - 7 am...in this time you should drink lukewarm water with empty and then start with some morning exercises..and can also have soaked almonds, walnuts, or other nuts and seeds and can take a little break..and again for 1 hour or so you can perform some workouts..which you do daily as usual...and then you can take your breakfast by 8 to 9 or 8:30 to 9:30 am max... For breakfast you can drink milk or coffee or tea and consume steamed , fermented foods or any breakfast cereal varieties with limited portion sizes, or any nutrient dense foods that give you good healthy energy and healthy calories which are protective and helpful for rest of your day in performing various activities.. Lunch timing would be 12 to 2 pm...you can take lunch in this bracket not exceeding the limit.. You can include brown rice/ chapathi , dal, sabji or chutney , rasam and curds. In your diet recall..I don't see much of protein in your food.. So do include some good amount of plant protein and less of animal proteins also to include milk and milk products, nuts, seeds, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, complex carbs, moderate protein, moderate fat, inclusion of omega 3 and 6 foods, egg white... Dinner time:. 7 pm to 8pm...try to finish your dinner by this time..and have light food that is easily digested..and give a gap of 2 hrs between dinner and night's sleep.. which is most essential.. And if you want you can have a glass of milk before to sleep...and dont take anything in the midnight... And again your regime should start from next day morning 6am onwards.. Note: Try not to take anything in midnight...as body undergoes important task of repair and maintenance which is very important.. So kindly set your timings and do necessary required changes that provide you with long-lasting health. Thankyou
Health Tips
well balanced diet, healthy lifestyle modifications, enough hydration to body around 2 to 3 litres...which is enough..and increase water intake if there's any medical condition associated or basing on climatic conditions....or if doctor advised to take more water...otherwise 2 to 3 litres is enough for the day.., good amount of sleep, exposure to sun, good fiber from diet all are very essential..

Just follow this for sometime see if you find any issue with this diet then I ll suggest you to go for pepper diet plan under supervision. The supplement missing in your diet is fiber u need to add fiber in your diet get nice organic psyllium fiber take 2tsp before sleep in a warm glass water and add good brand muti vitamin.
