Tootache and RCT and swollen gums
I have chipped my right front teeth . I had done RCT two year ago and now the same tooth is paining very badly and it has got a little greyish and the gums above that have swollen very badly and the teeth near to the chipped tooth is also hurting even if we touch it. So can you guys suggest a proper pain killer?? and what to do next???

You will need to see a dentist as soon as possible . It sounds like there is infection in the bone. you may need x rays to confirm the treatment plan. May be re root canal or if there is a fracture extending to the root then extraction. Antibiotics and painkillers would help relieve pain.
