Here we need to define Sometimes!! Anger once in a while , low mood once in a while , mind not stable once in a while is all 'Normal' Sadness for more than 2weeks is a matter of concern - ie the main criteria for diagnosing Major Depressive episode. Anger n irritability is also part of it but it has to be for more than 2 weeks to call it significant! Consistently low mood for more than 2 yrs is a psychiatric condition called Dysthymia

Information you have provided seems less. Sometimes feeling low and getting angry can be quite normal. But if such feelings increase with time and hamper your quality of work and decrease enjoyment significantly in your life then you better consult a psychiatrist
