Trouble gaining weight and parasytes
So lately I've been trying to study about these parasytes like flatwotms, tapeworms etc and came across parasytes in human body which i was surprised to encounter cause ive been told by my friendlies(sports coach etc) that i might have those. As for me , I'm a 20 year old boy lean built and trying to gain weight for the last 8 months or so . my average calorie intake is around 2500-3000 but i still struggle. Not that ive not gained weight but its feels like too much and somewhere doesn't feel right. Also I've seen this parasyte issue is not much talked about here in our country unlike western ones. so i wanted to know if i am right about this and if yes then how do i go about curing it ! is serious medication and test required ? Thanks for reading !
