My mom recently got prescribed Tylenol with codeine. She took the pill and started feeling bad and ended up having a seizure and low blood pressure. The problem is she already had told them she has asthma and low blood pressure I just want to know if she should have been prescribed that or something else

One of the side effects of tylenol codeine is seizures in very rare cases, it is unfortunate that she developed the side effects but I'm sure the doctor who treated your mother had no intention of harm, there are always multiple options of treating a certain disease and each doctor may approach it differently.
