I've been carrying this pain for years now. My neck and my back along with my shoulders start aching as I sit on a chair even for 15 min continuously. So I feel the need to lie down every now and then. Please help me out.

Sir. It could be an issue of the muscles in the upper back. Please do a self trapezius muscle stretch 5-6 times in the morning. And use a heat pad twice a day. The muscle will soften and stretch. Pain should subside. Will let you know the strengthening exercises subsequently.
