Upper back connected to neck pain
Yesterday morning I felt upper back around neck area in pain after sleep.after 1 day pain is not very less.Please suggest something to make it better.

Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Possible positional fault during sleeping
Next Steps
use ice packs/Hot water bag in painful area and try possible movements without hurting your pain.Dont use it directly over back of neck use it in upper back just below the neck.

Avoid using high pillows(recron pillows preferable).If Pain persists or worsens consult a nearby Musculoskeletal/Manipulative physiotherapist
