I want to take 3 lemon per day. i decided to substitute it with tablets. so my question is, how many tablets and with what dosage should i take to replace 3 lemon.

Sorry, but why you want to take 3 lemon a day?If you are vitC deficient then there are more options. Secondly, it is not compulsary that if you will take lemon or supplement, your deficiency will be cured .
