Dear user Take a balanced diet with all the nutrients. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. For  further diet plan i need to know some thing like weight,  height, dietary pattern. So please consult me throgh practo.

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hello -  diet is a science.  And randomly we can not suggest. - i need to know your full histroy likes n dislike/  weight/ height/ diet recall etc. - then we plan diet each and every food we calculate for calores/ fat/ protein and other micronutrients. - as per height and weight we calculate water intake. - verybodies body is different.
