I am 5.5 and my weight is 51 Kgs. I eat alot, eggs and such everyday but still I don't gain weight... I do exercise too. I want to develop my body specialy my bumps and legs... they are very small n thin. Please help.
Can u suggest me any supplement, which don't have side effects to gain weight.

To gain weight at 5-6small meals a day.Eat plenty of fresh fruits n vegetables.Include high cal foods like cheese as snack options.Take a plant based protein supplement.Drink6 -8glasses of water a day.Sleep atleast 8hrs a day and have atleast 1hr of dedicated physical activity.
