Im 20 yrs of age. my weight is 48kgs . im very lean and thin . i eat normally as other people do. i want to know the exact reason what is preventing me to gain weight. and which type of should i consult for my problem

Are you aneamic? If so , it may be the main reason in increase the weight . Take more calorific food. White rice, milk, yoghurt, cheese, rooted vegetables, jaggery, dates, banana, ragi are the main food sources that help to increase weight.
