Despite of eating high calories food I m not able to increase my body weight. My body metabolism rate is high. So if I get an opinion it would be really helpful.

Have dairy products regularly and wholesome meals with rice /roti, dal or non veg, keep a heavy dinner. Do minimal cardio exercise. You can consult any of us personally for customized diet plan suited best in your lifestyle and body type.
