Weight increases in dengue
Hi doctor,
I am admitted in hospital for dengue with weight of 57.today is my fourth day in hospital it has increased by 1.5kg.i have struggled hard to loose weight but m upset by this increment. Pls comment.

Hello,
The weight what reflects on the scale during or post hospitalisation is false weight and completely unhealthy .You need not lose weight by getting weak and unhealthy.
