Hello! I am 5 6" and aged 31 years however since past one year I have gained massive weight around 25kgs and now I weigh around 100kilos. My sleep schedule was irregular due to my work and food intake was irregular too and mostly consisted of restaurant food post 12am and office food. Even though my shift was 3:15pm to 11:15pm I had to put in an average of 15hours to 16hours of work. My alcohol consumption is close to nothing and so is my sugar consumption. I do smoke. Now that I have resigned from my job and I need to reduce weight. However this weight gain made me too big to fit into any of my clothes. I have been trying to workout but I get nauseated and tired and I puke after just 10mins of exercise, I am include a lot of raw veggies in my diet and lot of low fat food too. Its been a month but I am not successful in reducing weight. Could you please help or suggest on how can I work out without getting nauseated and help me in a major weight loss

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.
