Im 24 years old , male, 5 feet 9 inch height and 100kg weight. I gained alot recently after starting to work and im working in an office sitting from 7 am till 4 pm and two hours of driving. my physical activities is very less but i really want to lose some weight and im starting to workout and i need advice on my nutrition and diet.

Take regular breaks from desk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
